Madison Avenue Central Park, located at 512 E Madison Ave., includes the Venue and the Pavilion, which are available for rentals for meetings, weddings, reunions and more. The park is located on Madison Avenue, 1/2 mile east of K-15 Hwy (Baltimore Ave.) and 1.3 miles west of Rock Rd.

The park features the Event Lawn, perfect for arts and craft shows or other tented events, an amphitheater, an all-access playground and splash pad, as well as picnic shelters, gathering spaces and walking paths.

The park features a ¼-mile loop walking path on the east side of the park. Additional walking paths one the west side can add to your walking adventure.

Kids of all ages and abilities can enjoy the accessible playground. It features a one-of-a-kind interactive sculpture that educates children about animals and underground nature. In addition to the playground, there is also a splash pad, and shaded seating areas.

Bring your lunch and take advantage of one of the two picnic shelters in the park. Grab some friends and your musical instruments and get together in the amphitheater to create some music.

The Venue

Located in the southwest corner of Madison Avenue Central Park. It is a 10,000-square-foot facility with rentable spaces including the main room, the Salon, and the Fireside outdoor patio. Indoor and outdoor rentals are available daily.

The Venue’s 6,000-square-foot main space is designed so it can be set up with the front of the room on the south wall or the east wall. East view windows that overlook the Amphitheater. Rental of the Venue includes access to the catering kitchen, which includes a refrigerator, commercial ice maker, rolling ice bin and six catering tables on wheels.

The rental of the Venue also includes the use of projectors and screens in the main space. Connection to the audiovisual system is via HDMI cable, so computers or DVD players will work with the system. The system is also compatible with a VGA connection, which will also require a sound connector (auxiliary cable) if needed.

The maximum capacity of the Venue is 376, including seating 56 people (seven tables seating eight people each) on the mezzanine (upper level).

Fireside Patio

Situated on the northeast side of the Venue,  the patio features a gas fireplace, built-in bench seating and eight tables with four chairs each. It is enclosed by a rock wall and a wrought iron fence with a gate. The area has ambient lighting and access to restrooms in the Venue. The Fireside Patio will comfortably seat 32-48 people. The Fireside Patio is not available to rent separately from the Venue.

The Pavilion

The Pavilion at Madison Avenue Central Park is an open building with natural light, windows and open space making it flexible space for many types of events. The facility seats a maximum of 144 with tables, although we recommend a guest count of no more than 120 for a wedding reception with a dance floor. The maximum seating auditorium style is 200.

In the virtual tour below, the Pavilion is set for a wedding ceremony with 120 guests. The glass doors on the north and south sides open to the patio.

The Pavilion has restrooms as well as counter space and a sink. This building does not have a kitchen.
