Are you interested in renting one of the available building or rooms at Madison Avenue Central Park (the Venue, Pavilion, picnic shelters, amphitheater, event lawn), or Warren Riverview Park (The Lodge or open shelter)? Please fill out the form below and we will get back to you within two business days (do not expect a reply on Saturday or Sunday). All items marked with a * are required.

If a date is marked on the calendar as “RESERVED” or “UNAVAILABLE” for the Lodge at Warren Riverview Park or the Venue or Pavilion at Madison Avenue Central Park, that location is NOT available for that date. Those three buildings are limited to one rental a day. A date may look to be available on the calendar, but may have a pending rental and be unavailable.

If you submit this form, please do not email Dawn directly, as all forms submitted go to her email and she will respond to your form submission within two business days (do not expect a reply on Saturday or Sunday).
